Dr. Rhonda Clark, DNP, FNP-BC
I am an experienced, independent nurse practitioner with a demonstrated work history in family and pediatric medicine. I began my career as a registered nurse in the 1980s, and seventeen years ago became a nurse practitioner to better serve my community. I have served in the clinical, administrative, and academic healthcare settings, and now I am ready to introduce Total HealthCare to areas in and around Martinsville and Henry County. We will provide Primary Health Care Services in the traditional office setting as well as telemedicine and home care visits. I am so excited to work with each and every one of you!

Dr. Sarah Keaton, DNP, FNP-BC
I am a caring, compassionate provider with nursing experience in medical/surgical and orthopedic medicine. I began my career as a registered nurse in 2015 serving our Veterans at the Salem VA Medical Center and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 to better serve my community. I am currently an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Radford University Carilion and look forward to serving the community in Martinsville, Henry County, and surrounding areas as a member of the Total HealthCare team. I provide primary health care services in the home care setting, as well as telemedicine and traditional office visits. I am excited to work with you all to improve the health of our community!

Angela Fleming, FNP-C
Ms. Angela G. Fleming is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Total Healthcare in Collinsville, VA with special training and skill in family-centric general health care. She initially graduated with her diploma as a Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO in 1994. She then obtained her BSN at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in May 2006. She then advanced her nursing education at Averett University in Danville, VA where she obtained her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Masters of Science Nursing (MSN) degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She passed her National Certification Examination with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners which she now claims the title Angela G. Fleming, MSN APRN, FNP-C. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Angela brings to the community a history of being an Emergency Department RN, ICU which includes cardiothoracic surgical ICU and Coronary Care ICU, and Post-Anesthesia Care unit as a staff and charge nurse.
Presently as a FNP-C, she performs preventative, diagnostic and treatment procedures for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, and injuries. She is currently studying for the Department of Transportation (DOT) certification in order to perform DOT examinations. Significant diseases and conditions treated include COVID testing, cold and influenza infections, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disorder, hormone imbalance, diabetes, lacerations or minor trauma, and sexually transmitted infections to name a few. Medical tests, procedures and therapies provided by FNP’s include medical history assessment, physical examinations, diagnostic testing, nutrition and plan of care development, hormone balancing, immunization delivery, wound suturing and removal, and patient education.
Presently, she is now accepting new patients and acute care visits.
